My House Party!

I love hosting a House Party. I signed up a few months ago with out really knowing much a about House party. I had seen people's blogs and the House party page on Facebook. I heard that you could get free products for you and to share with your party guest. Well of course I am all about Free. I signed up for account with houseparty.com and looked to see what parties were available to host....I am not picky when it comes to free so I sign up for them all. All you have to do is fill out an application online and then House party reviews it and tell if you were selected or not. It still seems to good to be true. Thousands apply, and space is often limited. Well guess what.....I was Chosen to host aSoleil® Spread the Sunshine House Party
All I had to do was gather 15 Friends over for a party. We talked about the BIC® Soleil Bellarazors, played a game and then I had tons of items for my guest to take home. After the party all I had to do was fill out a small online questionnaire about my party. Took less than 5 minutes to complete.

BOOK CLUB!!!!!

I am very excited to be hosting a book club this summer...maybe even through the Fall. We are going read I love you, Millie by Christopher St. Clair. as our first club book. Christopher St. Clair is from Leesburg, Alabama and it is his very first book. Chris has also said that if we want to submit questions to him for a Q&A, he will do it!! All of the reviews that I have read says that is a wonderful book. I can't wait to read it for myself. Sounds like I better have a box of tissues ready for this emotional story. The book club is going to meet at a local park(280 area). That way our children can play while we discuss the book. Go ahead and order your book now so that we can have our meeting in early July. I hope to also setup a forum so that we can discuss our books online. Thanks to all of my friends that support all of wild and crazy ideas. I really do need everyone's help to make this happen.

Yes, I did say Free. My new goal is to always spend less than a dollar on anything I buy.(besides shoes...sorry can't do it). I have been learning about coupons and what a huge difference they make. Did you know that you can use more than one coupon on one item or that you can use coupons on items that are buy one get one Free. I also found out that if you use social networking sites(Facebook, Twitter, or myspace) that companies have pages with coupons on it. I will list a few website that have really helped me. Yikes....what have I done now?!?!

Have you ever been afraid that you have taken on more than you can handle? Yep, that is always me. I never say no and I love to be part of everything. You would think that by now I would know my breaking point. Just maybe I don't have one! In the past couple of weeks I decided to start a book club, write an article for a magazine, commit to reading 3 books and review them before summer is over and now a BLOG!
This year I have found a love for all things FREE. I get free samples in the mail, free food, and even attend every event in my town for Free. That is the reason why I am here writing this blog....so you will know how I get it for free. I also have another passion that I wanted to share with all of my friends. It is BOOKS and of course I do get some of them for free. Who knows where this new path is going to take me or even how long I will stay on it. I guess we will see if I come back tomorrow!
